If you are registering on behalf of a household, you represent that all household members have consented to the collection and use of their financial data as described in our Privacy Policy.
When you register for OhMyCent, you agree to:
One account is intended per household. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent trial or billing limitations is prohibited.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
Free Trial: New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to begin your trial. After 30 days, a paid subscription is required to continue using the service.
Billing: Subscription payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Billing occurs monthly on the same date as your first payment.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain full access until the period concludes.
Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the service, we do not issue refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel, you will retain access through the end of your paid billing period.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers via email and in-app notification.
You agree to use OhMyCent only for its intended purpose of personal and family household finance management. The following are expressly prohibited:
Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

You assume full responsibility for all financial decisions made based on information provided by or through OhMyCent.
Our Rights: All software, code, design, branding, user interface, and proprietary features of OhMyCent are the exclusive intellectual property of the developer (Ryan) and are protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
Your Rights: You retain full ownership of all financial data, receipts, and content you input into the application. We do not claim any ownership over your personal financial information.
License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use OhMyCent for your personal household finance management while your subscription is active.
Your use of OhMyCent is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. By using the service, you consent to the data practices described therein.
You can export your data at any time from Settings → Backup & Export, and permanently delete your household data from Settings → Household → Danger Zone.
We strive to maintain a highly available service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary downtime.
We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from service unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law:
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In such cases, the limitation shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
By You: You may cancel your account at any time through the application settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period. You may also permanently delete your account and all data from the Danger Zone.
By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if:
Upon termination for violation, no refund will be issued. We will make reasonable efforts to provide data export capability before account deletion for non-violation terminations.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of OhMyCent shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
