2. Subscription Terms

Our service is available for a subscription fee of ₱99/month. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that there are no refunds for partial months of service.

3. User Responsibilities

By using OhMyCent, you agree to provide accurate financial data. You must not use the application for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and software within the OhMyCent application are the exclusive property of the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

OhMyCent is designed solely as a financial tracking tool. It does not provide certified financial advice. We shall not be held liable for any financial losses or damages incurred through the use of this application.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
